Abstract

The research(Verbal origins: authenticity of truth and generality/inferential study) revolves around the verbal principles that are considered the basis and what is relied upon when there is doubt about what is meant by using the word, as it is alien to the verbal legal evidence and the legal rulings that result from it. Therefore, in order to know the intent and intent of the Holy Law, it is necessary to follow some rules or principles, such as the authenticity of appearance and the authenticity of the lack of kinship, and others, and research. It revolves specifically around the authenticity of truth and generality from the point of view of concept and meaning and proving the evidence for this principle, and also from the aspect of adhering to this principle in the place of argument and legitimacy. The research has reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the validity of verbal principles derives from the authority of appearance, because their truth and reference are to them wan 'asalat alhaqiqat hi la tazal ean altaqduman 'iiradatan haqiqiatan fi nazar almukhatab eind alshaki fi muradih 'asalatan eamatan hi altatabuq bayn aldalalat wataetamid thabatiatan al'uwlaa eind alshaki fi murad almutakalim min jihat 'iiradatih w qasdih lileumum.
